화상영어 수업 16회차 (한국 주식 투자 열풍 2)

화상영어 수업 15회차 (한국 주식 투자 열풍) 수업 후 동일 주제에 대해 다른 선생님과 수업을 진행했다. 정규 선생님과 수업시간에 다 끝내지 못해서 추가 수업을 신청했는데 ㅠㅠ 수업을 5시 20분에 신청해놓고 5시 40분인 줄 알고 정신 놓고 있다가 지각해서 이번에도 다 못 끝냈다... 아니 근데 진짜로 피드백을 볼수록 느끼는 것인데... 내가 말한거랑 다르게 들으시니까 나의 발음에 진짜 문제가 있나 싶다...ㅠㅠ 오늘도 보면 I chose라고 했는데 I choose라고 적힌 걸 보면... 발음 문제를 해결해야겠다...

 

피드백을 보고 녹음 파일을 들어보니 확실히 내가 발음을 좀 흘리는 경향이 있다. 발음 개선하자!

1. I choose an article.
>>I chose an article.
>>I have prepared an article to discuss with you.

* chose 발음 주의 8ㅅ8 다시 들어봐도 chose로 들리는데 잘 안들렸나보다.

2. Maybe, I can just give you the summary.
CORRECT
>>I would like to give you the gist.
>>If I may, I want to give you the main points of this article.

3. Korean people love investing.
>>Koreans love investing.
>>Most people in my country love to invest their money.

4. Basically, we are the same.
CORRECT
>>Basically, we are on the same page.
>>I suppose we have the same status quo.

5. Since last year, I started.
>>Since last year, I started investing.
>>I began to invest my money since last year.

6. Thousands of business is closing.
>>Thousands of businesses are closing.
>>A great number of companies started to lay off.

* 이건 are라고 했는데 잘못 들으신듯

7. I investing in American stocks.
>>I am investing in American stocks.
>>I am currently investing in American stocks.

* I'm이라고 했는데 다시 들어보니 I investing으로 들린다. 발음을 좀 더 확실하게 해야겠다.
